Shipping & Returns
The processing and shipping time are between 1 to 5 working days from the date of the order. An email will be send when the shipping has been done.
Shipping Policy
We ship our product internationaly, unless otherwise specified or unforeseeable events preventing the proper delivery of the goods. The notification of the shippmeent is only available in France by email.

The Shipping fees is as you charge. We have different kind of shippment depending the contry: Colissimo (french post) Mondial Relais (Parcel tracking). Depending on the option you choose it can be deliver at your home or at a relay point.

The cost of shiping is calculated based on the weight of the package and the products. Every delivery must be under 30 kg.

Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy
Cancellations are possible on the same day, before the product has been shipped. Contact us so we can cancel the sale and send you the refund.
Returns and refunds are allowed exept for the Stickers. Contact me before sending back the product. We cannot refund the shipping cost or pay for return shipping. If the product is damaged, send a picture of the package and the product. In any case, contact us to find a solution.

Product Insurance

It's not possible to insure the products against loss or damage during shipment. Any complaint on this subject must be made to the shippment company as soon as possible.
Before sending our product we check that it's in a perfect condition.

Customs and import taxes
